About the Cataract and Laser Center, LLC.
The Cataract and Laser Center, LLC (CLC) was established in 1997 to serve as Delaware’s first stand-alone ambulatory surgical center to specialize in surgical eye care. The CLC provides convenient scheduling for patients and is located just minutes from I-95, Kirkwood Highway, and Route 1. The CLC offers plenty of off-street parking and is accessible by wheelchair.
All surgical patients can expect confidentiality, privacy, friendliness, timeliness of service, individualized service, competent staff, and teamwork. The doctors and staff coordinate care with independent practicing optometrists to ensure that patients seeking surgical intervention receive the highest quality of service.
The CLC is fully accredited by the AAAHC (Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, Inc.) and in credentialed with Medicare, Delaware Medicaid, and most major health insurance carriers.
Services
Cataract Surgery – For some patients,same day surgery can be arranged. Evaluation, pre-operative assessment, and surgery can be performed at one location, and during one visit to Eye Care of Delaware and Cataract and Laser Center.
Refractive Surgery – LASIK, Visian ICL, Refractive Lens Exchange
Laser Treatments – Secondary Membrane, Glaucoma, Retinal Laser Treatments for Diabetic Retinopathy, Macular Degeneration, and Retinal Tears
Occuloplastics – Surgeries for lids and tear ducts
